In 2011 I had a CT Scan which identified a mass of Bullouis Emphysema top right upper lung and some in the left lung, I had a Sprimority test in jULY 2012 which read FEV1 79% doc said very mild. I'M not on meds and feel fine I think, this March I shall be 2 years smoke free. Doc said come back yearly and I shall check you over if need be, should I have a yearly CT Scan to see if the Boullis is spreading? should i have yearly Sprimority tests?
Thanks

Only your GP can tell you that really, depending on the results of tests he carries out.
If he needs you to take further tests, annually or otherwise, he'll no doubt let you know. Make the yearly appointment as he suggests and take it from there. No point working yourself up wondering if you should have tests or finding out if the condition is getting worse.
He's said very mild, so he's obviously not half as worried as you
