My father has cancer and copd - her is currently using a nebuliser to help his breathing - I think he could be assisted by oxygen but he is so independent and does not ask for help - what can I do to help him?

Ensure he has seen specialists in the areas he has problems. In the case of the copd they will assess his oxygen levels and prescribe the medicines and/or oxygen he needs. Sorry I can't advise on the cancer. Stay strong for your dad. x
Hi Tabbitha. Only the nebuliser will help with his breathing. Oxygen won't. Oxygen is only given when levels are too low to support his other organs. He will have had his stats taken and if his levels are too low he could be offered oxygen.
