havent been posting for a while , not been too well on various meds, just finished 3000 daily amoxicillian and other bits and bobs. I guess I was feeling sorry for my self. anyway much improved now .hope all is well...may I wish you all a wonderful christmas and a peaceful and healthy new year.will be back soon for a bleather...take care.
