My treadmill has arrived.

Today my treadmill arrived, two days early so very pleased, the instructions were sparse but we soldiered on.

After about two hours lots of huffing and puffing we had it assembled.

Now time to plug it in, but oh no we had not noticed it has a european two pin round plug.

We tried it in the shaver plug and that did not work then we plugged an international plug into the socket and then the two pin plug into that, It still does not work.

I have been back to the seller they said it should have had a three pin so they are arranging a replacement, so now got to wait another 5 days so dissapointed.

I felt so pleased for you until I read the message. What a disappointment for you.

Not very efficient of the seller. Did you go to a well known name? Do these take up a lot of room.

Hi Annie, got it off Ebay but managed to speak to them on the phone they were very helpfull. It is 4ft long x 2ft wide x 3ft 9 ins high at the handles.

Hard work putting it together you need someone strong to do it.

I dont think I could find the room, or even a bike. With ME, it could be a five minute wonder. I do use a selection of exercise dvds, alternating them. Even that requires room and also dedication, Details of anyone interested. Someone put a clip of Mr.Motivator a week or

oh polly i really feel for you love,i was going to give you a race and see if i could beat you,

but saying that i can only do about 5 minutes on mine at the moment, but when i've had

about 2 minutes rest i can do another 5,

but you can probably top 5 minutes anyway,
