Good Morning Everyone

Just in case you don't know the helpline has a benefits advice service - myself (Jo), Carol and Biddy are here to offer advice and information regarding welfare benefits.

We can do a benefits check to make sure you are getting the right amount of benefits, although we can't complete the form with you, we can provide invaluable advice to help you apply, and if it dosen't go your way we can help with the appeals process.

So, any questions please call us on 03000 030 555.

Best Wishes

Jo

Have you thought of the possibility of deaf people feeling discriminated against as you do not seem to provide a service for them? I mean people too deaf to use the phone.
