That's really interesting. I suffer with depression and was once told to walk with my head held high as it 's supposed to have a positive impact on the condition. The problem is on those 'dark' days it takes too much effort to walk like that.

some good tips on the link even when sitting - I jut tried it and it works :)

and I was told to try frowning when looking up and smiling when looking down - hmmm, so keeping chin up really helps the smile come :)

I was a dance teacher for years, teaching adults, posture work was the most important part of any course I taught as it improved balance and confidence...also don't forget, good posture helps our breathing!"

My posture isn't good. I have lost 3" in height, and big boobs make me want to stoop. I have my dvd exercises which I need to push myself to do.
