Usually wake about 8.30 but not today. Woke at 7.30 sneezing now my eyes are running my nose streaming and I have a temperature and headache. Can't remember the last time I felt like this and I hope it goes as quickly as it came.

Think I will have some toast and go back to bed.

Hi Polly sorry you are feeling under the weather I was woken at 4.30 this morning by my son who has violent food poisoning, he phoned back at 6.15 and asked if I could go over. He had our car so at 6.30 was walking around Cardiff. Have done 2 loads of washing for him, cleared up the kitchen, gave him soft drinks and bland food and have just got home, am cream crackered. Oh yes and its 3 weeks today whoooo hooooooo. Take care Lizzie xx
