I had this several years ago for nervous exhaustion! It was absolutely wonderful!! Take some one with you though because you'll be so relaxed you won't be able to drive home. Go for it! x

I have an aromatherapy massage every 3 weeks and love it.It is provided by Occ Health in my area at a hospital for a nominal fee of £25 per hour.I love it and I am sure it has benefits as it makes me feel so good.
