Breath Easy Group - Isle of Wight

Hi,

Does anyone know, do you just turn up to these Groups?

I have sent an email to the contact person for the IOW but not received acknowledgement/or reply.

Hi cantgetmybreath.

I emailed too but best to call your local co-ordinator...go to blf.co.uk and click on breathe easy groups and there's a list of who coordinates the group of groups and just call them.

That's the way I did it today. Hope that helps.

As long as you know when and where the group is, just go along, I am sure you will be very welcome.

Hi

I would always advise that you should get the contact details of the group from the BLF website - and then give them a call to make sure the group is still meeting etc before you turn up. Also the group will be ready to welcome you when you turn up. To find the details of your nearest group go to the BLF website and type in your postcode on the map - all the groups closest to you will appear and you can choose which is the best for you.

I already have tried to contact them, but I have not received a reply, thats why I wondered whether you could just turn up?
