With the Olympics nearly upon us, I was asked to write a blog for another charity about what I consider my sporting achievements. Since the question of exercise sometimes pops on here would like to share it all with you.

There you will see me with my beloved Daxie Lottie down on the beach in Cromer Norfolk.

Cheers Krazylady, I used to blog for AUK alot to raise money for them, very proud to say my blogging raised £34,000, which was used in research to find why some severe asthmatics stop responding to steriod treatment. An excellent cause when particularly you can relate to it, which I can.
