thanks Gordon, yes unlocked now - I hadn't understood how restricted the lock made it ...daft me
Hi All - I recommend a pulmonary rehabilitation course as this is just one of the things covered / taught in helping us manage our symptoms / condition.
On the course I attended a physiotherapist taught this technique and other techniques to help with this.
Hope you are feeling better soon Julie.
so I hear. Think I need to go on P Rab course and get proper instruction/ demo as well as other benefits. Thanks Zoee for good wishes.. am resting and slowly moving around. at least think I caught this early.
one way or another then , we will all have the right guidelines for these techniques...though shame your PRehab didn't cover them.
I love the bit about the dog, it really made me laugh. Poor old dog.
Stopping smoking, if one does, will probably clear mucus! At least, it did in my case.
The dog was at the end of one of Gordon's messages, 6 posts up from here, I think.
Who or what is Goobers?
coughing .....
Be happy for any one wanting to share whether locked or not.
Personally I prefer locked because its my choice and for reasons stitch gives.
Hi everyone, I have a question, how do you get on a pumonary rehabilitation course? I have had several appointments for this only to have them cancelled and redated a month or more on, now have to wait until September. Thanks.
a few weeks to wait then. in meantime, there are some videos on utube that you may find helpful. see to start with Kings hospital one youtube.com/watch?v=3goKl9V...
