Hi all .. Oralmat 3 drops under the tongue 3 times a day after food, and especially before bed are the instructions - as with rescue remedy drops, try not to swallow as they are better absorbed from skin under the tongue I don't swallow for a while than find I have to do, but by then most will have been absorbed.

Hi Libby, did you trial the Oralmat product? I would really like to know from someone who has tried it, if there is any beneficial use connected to this product? Cheers ahart
