Compressor Nebuliser

can anyone recommend a good reliable mains heavy duty compressor nebuliser? I use it every 4 hours with 500mg ipratropium and 5mg ventolin.Reliability is essential!I have no faith in my pari as its failed 3 times on me while having severe attacks!Now can someone get me a ball as I've done some awesome sealion impressions ;P
