Tbh I'm struggling to come to terms with loosing my dad. We had the cremation on the 22.12.21 so our Christmas was not so happy. I'm looking for some bereavement counselling as I'm finding it hard to get past the last time i saw him.Glad though to see you doing the things you love most- walking dogs and making beautiful photographs along the way. Trusting you've managed to avoid anyof the COVID-19 variants.(although in Marseilles, France 12 cases coming from Cameroon in December have been identified as far nastier etc etc. ) I'm not sure if it's doing any of our mental health much good.....on the other hand, why have we not been told about it. It's been given the name of IHU B.1.640.2............its meant to have mutated into a far bigger "nasty bar steward" so keep your eyes on the news.

Big love and hugs to you SH, its very hard to come to terms with when you have nursed a parent to the end. I am sure you are doing the right thing having counselling. I was still working when I lost my mum and that helped alot. Thinking of you x
