I actually had called it Sleepless 😂 but that's okay for you to have a name also thankyou so much for asking Stanley...hes been in a bit of pain with his arthritis due to this horrible damp weather... but today was 18 degrees and sunny so he seems better thankyou 💜💜

Oh dear, I'm so sorry about Stanley. When my daughter's 24 year old cat was in a lot of pain through athritis the vet prescribed steroids. She was extremely reluctant to try them at first but gave in as she hated the thought of her suffering. Are you able to give Stan anything to help when its cold and damp weather? If you find something that helps and be interested to know. Thanks BB.X

Peaceful. Did it help you sleep? . I have read that a walk in evening before going to bed helps you sleep, but not in the middle of the night,!

Oh my word, it looks lovely. I have a dreadful sleep pattern and am awake on and off right throughout the night every night but fear I would become a night walker if I lived in such a lovely area lol x

helo blackbird8, i cant sleep normal hours, if i go to bed at 11pm i am up again at 2 then back till 6, and then fall asleep in the afternoon, im lucky as i can normaly just go with the flow, doctors nor hospital seem concerned about it so maybe thats the way to go hope you stay safe and wellbrian

Stunning photo I’m catching up on some sleep after a couple of bad nights. I usually get one good sleep a week. I try to keep awake during the day but sometimes I doze off. Poor Stan and the damp weather. It gets to your joints Hopefully lots of warmer weather now. Hope you’re feeling better too x
