Dear enquirer,

Twist the inhaler once clockwise to hear the 'click' and release one dose of Symbicort. You have to twist the inhaler back to the starting point to prepare another dose... then twist clockwise again to hear a second 'click' and release the second dose etc. I hope this helps you.
