Morning phlegm and chest pain in young adults. How common is this?

Hello. Just wondering how common is to have phlegm and chest pain/tightness at my age (almost 30). I have all the symptomps of chronic bronchitis however my spirometry was normal / almost normal. Unfortunately I was exposed to several irritants for years in my life. I'm not even 30 and just hope to live a long life. My current therapy is low dose ICS+LABA+NAC. My symptoms are present every day and get better at night.

You are very young to have chronic bronchitis. Your problem could be caused by so many things from an allergy to long term asthma or something else. We can’t diagnose on this forum. You need to get proper medical help to get to the bottom of it. Go to your doctor and insist on getting the ball rolling. Once you know what is causing the problem you will know how to deal with it and will feel so much better.
