Do any of you suffer from very cold hands and feet or is it just me. Or is it norm for the likes of us.

Poor blood circulation can play a big part in cold hands and feet, although i am not diagnosed with such i have permanently cold hands and feet,i blame a lot of it on not being acvtive enough due to my severe lung condition but you must try to make a consious effort, even with mobilty issues to keep moving Pokermon and i am sure it will help your problem. :)

I have cold hands and feet most of the time pokermon and I think mine is due to poor circulation . I try to keep moving and not sit around too much. Take care x

Hi , oh yes . My hands and feet are cold most of the time even in the summer. They can be sweating when is 30 degrees but still cold. Now in autumn/winter , freezing. Sleeping in thermal socks . I put it down to poor circulation .I have plenty of medical problems , I wish this would be my biggest problem 🙂. It's annoying but....

Keep safe and all the best.

🙂

Cold feet always! I wear thick socks and bed socks now. Probably circulation problems as said above.

Yes, I have primary Raynauds, not caused by anything else. I dress warmly in lots of layers and make sure my hands, feet and head are covered with wool, leather or cotton gloves, socks, hats and scarves to try to prevent attacks.

Yes, always cold feet and hands! I haven’t bothered to ask about it though, as I’m being treated for enough other conditions, without worrying about another one!

Same here but mainly feet and that’s why both my dog and cat get upgraded from November onwards and get the bottom of the bed.On a serious note please keep your circulation going with foot rotation exercises... it does help.

Keep safe ..!

Cold hands and especially feet. Think its a circulation problem due in part to inactivity. Bed socks a must 😀

I’ve always had cold feet and hands long before being diagnosed with COPD and Alpha1. Not sure it’s part of having dodgy lungs but probably down to slow circulation as up to about 10 years I’ve always had a low pulse rate as low as 64 most of the time.

I have always had cold hands and feet, actually have always felt the cold badly. I put it down to being too exotic for this country!! ;) xx

I’m a carer for my husband , I always say I’m very fit and healthy but I do suffer terribly from cold feet once the temperature drops I’m very active always working hard in the garden or walking dogs and it’s when I stop and relax when they are really bad so I’m guessing it’s poor circulation . ( Dr wasn’t interested) It only started to be a real problem when I was in my late fifties so must also be age related . I wear thermal socks ( that don’t always do much Tbh) and I have an electric foot warmer which I use whilst relaxing which is really good . My husband has emphysema and never suffers with cold hands or feet .

I have Lupus which has damaged my lungs (Pulmonary Fibrosis), the lupus also caused Raynaud's disease which causes my hands to get very cold, my fingers would turn blue.

The raynauds would kick in if I get excited, anxious or just cold. I used to wear two pairs of gloves when it was very cold and use hand warmers.

The treatment I have for the lupus (inflammation) has really helped and for the last two or more years I can actually go into the freezer without putting gloves on my hands.

There are treatment specifically for this disease so don't leave it too long to get help, I had it from my teen to getting help in my sixties.

I guess the people who do not have that problem are not responding. I have had bronchiectasis for 5 years but don't have cold extremeties. I am however a relatively mild sufferer and quite active at 69.

I suffer with cold hands and feet. I have been diagnosed with Raynaud’s disease. I take medication to help with my circulation. I take Nifedipine and Sildenafil. I use hand warmers and I wear gloves and socks.

Only cold feet - wear socks in bed then sleep well - although often wake up very hot - perhaps it's something to do with being a post-menstrual female?

I have noticed in the last 12 months I have developed really cold feet and have to resort to wearing bed socks as i get bad cramp if my feet get too cold. Now the weather has changed I am taking a hot water bottle as well ha! I have always been too hot so this comes as a shock because that hasnt changed. I dont know if its age or my condition, if you find a cure please let me know x

My feet are always cold even though i wear socks most f the day until i go to bed. It then takes a good 30 minutes for my feet to warm up. It seems to be getting worse. I have COPD.
