Pain in lungs

Problem started 5 years ago when I breathed old dry chicken dust.Pain for 6 months.At 6 months a crisis-a severe allergic reaction to the proteases.Steroid injection.Better.Pain for 2 years then gradually better,clenil 200. At 4.5 years foolishly inhaled concrete dust.Worse.Now.9 months later,very susceptible to vapours,car fumes, dust.Scan shows some small ground glass areas. CRISES OF PAIN.Can breathe ok. CLENIL, Anadin plus ut usually cocodamol.Anxiety a problem now after 20 excellent years with bipolar.Appreciate any advice. Alun.

This year has made anxiety worse in everybody! I too am sensitive to all fumes etc,even things like scented candles which I used to love. I haven't a lot of advice I just wanted to sympathise with you!
