Help me find medical assistance!

It's my first time here. I don't know how it works. But I desperately need to ask for help in getting treatment for Pulmonary hypertension, lung fibrosis and bronchiectasis. I am under public health sector hence cannot afford medical aid. I'm not any specific treatment for these conditions, nor any pulmonologist attending to my case. I've been progressing fast the past 4 years from being able to minimally use supplemental oxygen to being fully dependant and unable to do much activity.

Please help me find assistance. I want to feel better again.

Honey, you're in a bad way, not least because obviously frightened. But you know the formal terms of the diagnosis and you have access to oxygen, so cannot be totally outside whatever system exists in your country.
