Regarding initial post ‘ Herbal Remedy’

To all you extremely knowledgeable and kind folk who responded to my first post.

I took the advice to see GP and turns out that I have a plug in lung hence intermittence of condition . Blackout feeling and dizzyness down to severity of coughing ( have experienced this before but was very ill at time) so, steroids and antibiotics and hopefully things should improve .

Please excuse me for not responding to each of you individually but feeling a tad exhausted.

Many Many thanks to you all

Hi, and thank you so much! I truly am one of those folk who hate going to doctor, always trying to fix things first myself! Funnily enough I’d be (and have been) first to tell someone else to get appointment . ( do as I say not as I do pops into mind)

Slept better last night so that’s a good sign, I can actually hear sighs of relief from neighbours 😂

Again, thank you😊

🤣 I'm exactly the same!

I absolutely hate going, especially since I moved out of London 5 years ago. New practice don't now me from Adam, give you a call back interrogation if you get through for a same day appointment. 😠. I've got my bug fighting and immune boosting regimes . Mind you, had my flu jab this morning so I shouldn't moan. In & out of a huge village hall in 3 minutes.

Glad you're a little better today. P x

Lol I feel as if I’m met my twin 😊I moved home a few years ago so receptionist said I had to change doctor. Wasn’t best pleased as I had been with same surgery for about 48 years. Doctor told me he was willing to keep me on and would sort things out. Still have that feeling of apprehension talking to receptionists.

Glad you’ve had your flu jab. I m waiting on my letter , Scotland starts October but apparently you need the letter.

I hope you’re ok after jab, last few years I’ve felt unwell after mine , no idea why , but always feel it’s worth it in long run.

It's really good you know what the problem is. I hope you start to feel better soon 😺

Hi, thank you😃 I’m sure those little pills will do their job. I’ve to phone doctor Friday, may need second dose. Last night was first I’d slept without the hourly wake up call of coughing like a mad woman so that is a very positive sign

Now that you know what's wrong, hopefully your GP will be helping you get it sorted. Get well soon.

Hi , thank you. I’m sure the meds will sort things out. I did sleep better and coughing so far has not been so violent,

Never heard of this, so glad you went to your gp, hopefully now you will get rid of this and feel better soon x

Hi , me neither 🥺 I am really ignorant when it comes to my conditions. I usually know what works for me but have found over last few years that I’m needing to learn new ways of dealing , whilst the sneaky pesky conditions seem to find new ways of attacking . I did go to PR last year. Honestly found it depressing , a bit child like of me but I have always been an optimist,
