No idea, lol - I actually need to ask Blackbird that so I can name the piece. It’s based on one of Blackbird’s stunning photos, which is why it’s been posted: I had permission to use the photos for arting as long as I shared the end result 👀😬

Glad you approve 😊 Thank you for the lovely photos to begin with - I have a couple more saved that I may do something similar with. Have myself a little series of Hatchett pond in oil pastels.

I’m not fishing for compliments, just stating a fact that I have very little confidence at all in my art - all I see is what’s wrong with it - and not even my best mate of 5 years knew I paint/draw prior to shielding. It’s also why I wanted to send it to you directly, only to be stymied by technology - beginning to feel out of touch with IT and I’m not even 40 yet 😂 But I think I said in my original request to use it that I’ve been doing commissions for people close to me during lockdown to keep busy, and a few have said that I should consider trying to sell some of my pieces. It is at least a job I could even do when on the ward with Bod!

You feel free to do with them what you need to... but request that you post each one when you have a finished product.

It's been a pleasure to see it in another form of art other than the click of a camera...

Hatchett pond is my go to place for things walking the dogs having a picnic just for time out to think ...

It's the best place to star watch ..to see the sunsets and sunrises...

Its swans have been there over 30 years and nest in the same place every year ...

Anyways I have rattled on to long now but please again any pics you paint please post for the people on here ..
