Hello , what is your opinion. On Mullien Herbal tea , for clearing mucus from my lungs

I did try this bit of an acquired taste drink this about 4 times a day didnt feel it did anything for me BUT we are all different it may be good for you. Maybe worth a try for you.

It may well help, I have taken mullein supplement previously when I've had a lung infection, I do other things as well to help keep the mucus thin and easily coughed up.

Drink plenty of water, prescription carbocisteine etc. the ACB method.

I would say the tea would be a good aid as well as but not instead of.

Be aware of warning and contraindications if compatible with you existing meds etc.
