I am now on oxygen 24/7 and my energy levels are at an all time low. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get them to a level that allows me to function better than zero....

Low levels of vitamin D can cause energy loss.

Low iron levels can cause energy loss too.

I am the same as you I find doing anything a struggle these days but I think its important to try and get a walk in every day and to get up and move around. Its all to easy to sit and not do a lot and that does not help us at all. Being in this lock down does nothing to help us get motivated though
