Well, I was all set to try making a face mask, pieces are all cut out ready, when I got a message on Friday from brother who lives in an assisted living facility with his wife who is paralysed down her left side following a brain stem stroke. Anyway, he’d decided he wanted to give her carers thank you cards, all 22 of them. All the cards need to incorporate the rainbow theme and 12 needed to be personalised. Not much to ask 🙄
So, the sewIng went back in the basket and for the last three days I’ve been busy making thank you cards.
All finished and ready to send. These are the personalised ones.

Lovely and i am sure the careers will be pleased as punch to recieve them.and a very nice thought from your bro and sisster in law who i hope are coping well given the circumstances.
What a caring, compassionate lady you are Miss Kota,& what a lovely gesture from your brother & sis-in-law, the carers will be overjoyed by such a beautiful, personal, thought.. Wishing you all good health & much happiness for the future & may God bless you all..xxxx🎉🎈
So do I, I used to sell them in a local garden centre cafe but the fun goes out of when your asked for 10 baby cards! I mainly paint now but still make special cards for friends and family. On my lockdown to do list is tidy card stuff. It's a nightmare!!😂
