Hi,

Recently, I have been change to Revlar from Fostair 200 / 6 x 2 times / day. Before starting Revlar I found, that I would occasionally cough up some brown phlegm in the morning. Now, after making the switch, I am finding when I wake-up I have a lot more brown phlegm and not feeling SOB, which I did while taking Fostair. Also, I notice I am able to breathe better on Revlar. Is this brown phlegm short-term or is it sign of COPD as a result of long-term sevre asthma?

FYI I am a non-smoker and house is smoke-free.

Sorry, I can't answer your question, but it sounds good to me that you're no longer feeling SOB on waking. Sounds like you're managing to get some old gunk off your lungs with this new inhaler.
