UTI/ kidney infection!?!

I've been ill for about 4 weeks now. Initially I thought I was having an episode of pancreatitis as I do suffer with this. Had to go up the hospital for blood test & urine sample, they told me I had blood & protein in my urine and suspected a kidney infection. I was given Coamoxiclav 500mg and told to go back if it still hadnt cleared in a couple of days. So couple of days passed and I had a terrible night of shivers, increased heart rate, pain in what I thought was my appendix so I went back. Had CT scan, bloods and tested my urine again..all clear apparently. Finished my antibiotics and guess what still had pain. I then went to my GP who sent my urine off to be cultured, came back I had bacteria in my urine and they then gave me Nitrofurantoin 100mg twice a day. I'm 3 days in and still feel crap. Pain in my right side, incredible stomache bloating, lower abdominal pain and a gurgling stomache which has been consistent for the 4 weeks might I add. Can anyone help or shed any light as I dont ideally want to be admitted into hospital at this current time but what else is gonna help me!?!

Not sure any one can help you here - unknown health issues, lung related (not really), drug related (possibly) other health issue (likely) check with your doctor again if your symptoms persist.

Thanks. Maybe its actually Covid now considering I've been to a hospital 🤷‍♀️
