Pip payment but no award letter

Iv been given money from pip today but no award letter? Is this normal perhaps letter be here next few days?

The same thing happened to my wife. Quite a common event to get the money before the letter.

Our postal service is a bit erratic at the moment.

I don’t know how many days they deliver.

Igot a letter yesterday,dated 2nd. April.

So perhaps your letter is on the post.

It is not unusual at all to receive the back payment if any or your actual pip before the letter informing you

With all the extra claims and so forth with DWP everything will be all over the place for some time. My first payment went into the wrong account that had been closed for nearly a year, Even though I had a confirmation that they changed it.
