Anybody out there? Willing to accept aliens!! 🃏, 🧸, or maybe move to a desert island (since have to be alone for min 12 weeks 🏖, 🏞. Can't seem to concentrate ( maybe too much Oramorph )

i think some of us should find an archipelago, islands close enough we can talk to each other, one island per person/family group. somewhere sunny PLEASE!

I agree with that, a beautiful sunny Island with palm trees & beautiful warm sand (& maybe a stowaway hidden somewhere, an adorable suntanned hunk, fair hair & blue eyes & over 6 foot tall. I wouldn't mind some of the little islands of Queensland's coast where it's basically warm all year round (their winter is warmer than our summer usually ). I'm imagining it now & all my cares have gone out the window never to return. I know why I can't sleep, got sore throat & maybe a wheeze (never hear my own), & a chesty cough NOT ANOTHER chest infection, this will be my 6th this year . Take care & stay safe. Chris

my fingers are crossed it ISN'T another chest infection. my vote is for sore through due to fake-coughing to keep idiots at the two-metre distance. you don't sound as though you need any advice on how to cope, but a reminder that swift action is always the best answer never goes amiss. (i sometimes "forget", whilst i'm buried in a bout of self-pity, until i wake up one morning thinking "aha").

Yes, I know all about those kind of people, go into town & need a rest so sit down on one of the benches (they are all empty & some idiot decides to sit next to me & light his ciggy taking no notice of the fact that I am on oxygen. Given up telling them they are idiots cos get mouthful of abuse so get up & slowly walk back to my car. Not safe to go into town - too many idiots about who seem to always find me

and they find me wherever i am, walking along the pavement, hiding behind the bushes, squelching through the mud in the park to avoid the paths i'd like these people to use, please.
