Lung & heart problems-Coronavirus advice please

I have a mechanical aortic valve, leaky mitral valve & had lobectomy for carcinoid tumour 3 years ago. I also have thyroid tumour causing hyperthyroidism . Awaiting pacemaker & possible de-fib before thyroid is removed...I really need advice re-covid-19...do I just remain within my own home or is it safe to go out to local rural shops, familys homes etc?
