Does anyone on here know anything about lung reversibility results mine were 42 and 56 but have to have more test and not understanding what these values mean

I can't comment on your test results as i am not qualified to do so but i imagine the first figure relates to the test prior to taking your prescribed inhaler and the second figure after you have taken it demonstrating the effect it has on your lungs which would appear to be an improvement in lung function.

Hi thankyou for that I have read all them previous I was just wondering if that value was low I am going through a lot of test and stuff and getting really fed up of not getting things explained to me properly they just keep saying need to do more test

Lung diseases are notoriously difficult to diagnose, especially if you have more than one, ie Asthma with COPD

I have IPAH , RLD, COPD to name a few which contradict each other on tests all the time it took a lot of tests before I was fully diagnosed.

Hiya, don't be afraid to ask what that means, you'll be surprised how much the nurses, Drs & consultants like to talk to patients who are interested in doing what they can to help themselves improve.
