Hello Cas, hope you are progressing well and enjoyed your birthday. I'm fed up right now I'm being filled up with pills that don't seem to work on the pain. But suppose in the past that would be the only option. Its very downing being stuck in the house with no option. But you know what it is like having been that way yourself. Enjoy your day xxx

Hello Katie. I can commiserate. Pain is an awful thing. 😑 We've had a very sudden cold spell and all of a sudden I have pain nausea. Rather bad day today. Please remember though that spring will come, and we will have better days. Sending you a gentle hug and love. xx 😘

Hope you start to feel better as the day goes by, take care . We can only remain optimistic that things will get better Spring is on its way the crocuses & cyclamen are in flower with pussy willows on the trees too. Here the sun is out but its very cold hard frost in morning. Hows weather for you.? My arthritis has detteriorated since Christmas with luck I may have my knee operation next month or at least before Easter. Patients is wearing a little thin now due to my immobility while waiting. I've been adviced to seek help to find out why its taking more than 18 weeks but I don't have the energy right now. Maybe next week I may feel more like chasing things up, so thank you for your answer , and all we can do is remain positive. xxx
