Update on Dee

The meeting that was to decide if anything can be done for my daughter took place yesterday. She comes into the 10% of pancreatic cancer sufferers that can be operated on.However,they think that the tumour is possibly attached to a vein or something. They are going to try and peel it away. If this is successful,she will face 3 months of chemo and then hopefully get better. If it is attached to an artery then they will just have to close her up again and that will be it. She goes in today as they need to adjust her insulin levels. The ten hour op is scheduled for Monday at Liverpool Royal Hospital. I am asking for your prayers and healing vibes, losing Dee is just unthinkable.xx
