I just vomited this, should I go too the emergency room? I've never had anything like this happen to me and it just came out of no where.

You could get a sputum pot ready in case there’s any more.

Then put the pot in a plastic bag and seal.

Store in fridge.

Show it to GP if you can get an appointment Monday.

If you get suddenly worse ring 111 and ask to speak to a nurse.

Have you any pain or tightness in your chest. If so then please get medical help, if you are worried then please go to AE. Let us know how you get on, try to have a good night and take care of yourself 😊 Bernadette xx

If that’s blood I would phone 111 & ask advice.

Having blood in your sputum is not good but depending on your stage of copd can be common during exasabations or infections , in all probability it's a ruptured membrane, if it continues seek medical advice if the blood increases and is obviously not stopping get medical help , sorry cant be more helpful but I hope it helps
