The DVD is out of stock unfortunately but the book is available for £5. Otherwise there are videos available for free online if your internet is good enough to watch them (which mine rarely is)

Just realized it is the book I ordered not the DVD but I am sure it will be very helpful. xx (too early on a Sunday for my brain to function)

I spoke to the helpline and the Active Steps people on Thursday and they said would I like the DVD and it arrived the next day, so maybe they have new stock. I’ve watched it, but not tried I’d it yet! Was too tired Saturday and too busy Sunday. Maybe today 🤞
