Good morning, May I ask please ? What temperature are your kitchens ? Ours is 3 degrees lower than the rest of the house. My wife has copd so I tend to ban her from the kitchen, for that reason & also cooking odours.

Thank you.

Our kitchen the same but I find radiator in the hall wafts through. Our kitchen gets the sun from early morning until about 2.30pm in the afternoon so kitchen is getting warmth but I do sometimes find heat like central heating sets off my breathing I find to much. So have to turn down. And cannot doing cooking because of steam odours. I'm on ok with a kettle. I do give everything a go to help my lungs I push myself a little each day on jobs I had problems with. My consultant happy with me at the moment

Thanks spacecraft, our kitchen faces n/w with open fields around us so never really gets any warmth in winter. Guess I'll just keep my wife banned from the kitchen.

Take care.

I have a really cold house Masteryoda but the kitchen is the warmest room of the house, perhaps because I spend so much time in there cooking x

Ours is similar temperature we have a cat flap that goes into the garage and then another cat flap to the garden we have a constant draught the cats dont shut cat flap properly so poor hubby always check them have said it's ok. I cannot stand central heating being on so often sit in the kitchen.
