Hello Midge, I am Cinders, an African Grey Parrot, and I love the occasional Bonio too, it gives my beak a really good workout and is just the right size to hold in my claw.
My carer also collects the dust and crumbs from my pellet food, mixes it with an egg and palm oil then bakes it into little fairy cakes for me. I am lucky and get the best of both worlds.

Great one..but I must tell everyone here that if your more forgetful and sleepy...a bit confused...one of my clients a male had a urinary track infection and it depletes the sodium and potassium in your brain! I noticed in a nursing home my boyfriend RIP was getting confused and not as alert. I asked the nurse to give him a UTI test. Sure enough, he had one! I have seen ladies be put in Nursing homes and all it was is a UTI!!! I get them a lot! So I warn everyone! Even you Mr Don! LOL Janet127
