Been one of those weeks but i can see the funny side now. I had a "lesion" removed from my cheek - just 2 stitches and a local anaesthetic. All good- except it made it v hard to use my inhalers-not a problem I had anticipate! I took one dose of co-codamol and wished I hadn't- nearly fell over! And changed the bloody dressing- to find I only had large dressings at home- look like I have been to a Halloween party. Hoho- lots of learning points. M

Oh my goodness. Really hope you are ok now. I just have to wait for the lab results. A friend who hadn't seen me for a while alerted me to changes in the "lesion" and the GP referred me to a consultant. M
Oh so funny when things go wrong like this, I can imagine half your face covered in dressing and you staggering around, yep halloween comes to mind. Hope you get recover soon x
Thanks. I managed a meeting at the bank today- hoho- 10 out of 10 for the member of staff who was helping me with things- she didn't comment at all! Roll on Wed.
Had the stitch out- apparently it was one "running stitch"- v hard to get out- glad I took a paracetamol before hand! Lovely nurse- said the surgeon had done his best to minimize a scar. Just have to wait for the results now- all seem confident that all is well and this has been precautionary.
