Pulmonary rehab

I have my assessment for rehab tomorrow. Feel unwell so not sure how it will go.

Hello Kasey1, they only expect u to do what u r comfortable with, they don’t push you. Don’t b anxious about it, they r very nice people. I have been going for nearly 2 years now and it has certainly helped me, I feel. I have got COPD and what I have written above is based on my experience of it all. I had 6 weeks of pulmonary rehab on the national health and then I had to pay for it. I go once a week for an hour and also do exercises at home. I always feel better for it. They will answer any questions I have and you meet a lot of nice people who r in a similar position to yourself. Go with an open mind and I am sure u will get on ok. Good morning HungryHufflepuff. I have had a new hip fitted and have had a few problems with it but I am getting there. My COPD is still about the same they tell me. I had a really good show in the garden especially with my Dahlias. Thank u for asking about me, I appreciate that. Hope all is well at ur end. 👍🤓

Just to add to HH Post, Same here Roysieboy, not seen you for awhile , Hope your OK Hun. Flowers here in my Garden are at their end, I couldn't go out to tend to mine with the Wet & Cold Weather. I do hope your ok Hun. Love n Hugs C. XXXX

Hello C. Have had a few issues with a new hip I had fitted, haven’t been able to do all that I wanted to do in the garden but still had a good show. As urs my flowers r now coming to an end and am shutting the garden down for the winter. When people put things on here about pulmonary rehab I have to put my point over because I find it helps me so much. Hope all is well at ur end. x 👍🤓

Hi Hun, So Happy your getting there with your New Hip, I also have a "Bionic" Hip, at first with problems, Now I forget it's ever been replaced. I was just looking out of kitchen Window and My Winter Flowers I potted last Month are smiling, but They need me to go and give them a Hug to get through Winter. My Pirenials are almost gone, but I will cut them back for next spring, Weather allowing I will try this weekend to Cheer them up.
