..............Waking up from a deep slumber to feel the bed wet with diarrhea...is not my norm! The nurse was swift as she lifted me to the potty chair....whoosh....there it goes again. Only this time the nurse forgot to place a tub under the chair. Now all over the floor too! My brother will get a laugh out of this one, I thought to myself! Next..the bathroom...who in the hell is that lady in the mirror! Those beady eyes..like a opossum made me wonder where in the hell did Janet go and leave me with this IMPOSTER!..Earlier...... before going to the Hospital, a opossum was spotted in my house..Thank God it was a young one..not the huge, fat Mama. I had my brother look ,it couldn't be found. Going to the Hospital ...I completely forgot about that rodent. The hussle , bustle of the Hospital gave me no chance to allow visitors. Only my Daughters. I was whipped down like a dried up leave falling from a tree. Dying at the end of the fall months. 15 bouts with diarrhea that day took me down. From 1 to 100...I felt at number one. Inch by inch the nurses helped me to fight back and keep one foot in front of the other to survive. I knew the way my heart is damaged,my diaphragm paralyzed...I was most worried about my lungs. On my meter at home Sometimes I can blow 1,750...I knew my lungs were only at 250-500 before I came. I can't believe they ok'd the operation with such bad lungs. Capacity # 37...severe emphysema...the last stage the nurse told me. Altho you can live longer with it...if you baby and push your heath buttons. They did not know what to do with me on the OBGYN floor...so they sent me to the Cancer floor...getting me a Arab Lung Doctor who knew right away what to do with my lungs. I think his name was Dr Guy? He took charge ,pulling me up from the brink of death. I trust the Arab Doctors..they came thru for me before for my poor circulation, ulcerated, legs....full of cylisosis . My daughters told me the previous times they took me to the Emergency Centers , because of stomach pain, and was told Constipation. Never had that before..I had no clue what was really happening in my lower stomach, bowel area. When the Dr went in...he did not do a Biopsy first because of my past Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. If it was that striking again..the biopsy hitting the air would only spread it. He choose to go in make sure. What he saw was not Constipation...it was the mass on my ovary strangling my bowel! No wonder I couldn't go Poop! He with his expertise took out everything for a total hysterectomy...cutting my bowels loose from the mass! Now I can go potty again! Also...I am now a "IT"! Thank God. My friends,family Cousins, girls,nurses Doctors...everyone played a part in keeping one of God's children alive! My girls went beyond the call of Duty. Hiram and my girls. that we had in high school showed what strength and determination that God gave his Warriors. So proud of Hiram and my Girls. Our prayer warriors, were like their parents...bold...strong and determined. We have wonderful girls..Hiram! RIP My brother taping the shows for me about the Grey Market Babies and Black Market babies...in the United States. Dana cried thru a lot of it because it hits our growing up years. Finally since 1992 when I spoke to the News ch 8 about the Grey Market..Black Market that forged Birth Certificates...stole babies and lied saying they were born dead. Lies! Outraged I worked on research for years...until it engulfed too much of my life...I had to put it away...until its Gods timing...not mine....27 years ago People ask me Why? Forget it..its the past....It isn't the past when Butterworth Hospital tells you....you are not listed in their baby birth book for 3-21-1951. Nor the records are gone..when they took excellent records after the Korean war.. Either I am under a different Birth name or different date of Birth. Records have been checked and rechecked....Nothing. My thoughts....Uncle Dana's child? As I struggle again waking up, seeing my daughter in my room...the television shows a raccoon...it then pulled me back into reality...there was a Opossum in my home when I left for the Hospital.....I've been here 7 days....Gotta look for that Opossum............HOME!...ALIVE! Thank you God!

Well Janet that certainly was some reading I just did there! What a life you’ve had and are still having, such a lot to go through.
It seems as if you have a good medical team caring for you and I hope you get home soon and sort out that opossum.

Stewth Janet! I thought I was sitting on a rollercoaster reading your post there! Phew. I think I got to the safe bit in the end. I thought that they only had opossum in Australia but now I've learnt they are possum that Dame Edna is always banging on about.

Bloody hell Janet,whatever bits that remain of you are certainly working overtime and i hope they continue to do so,is it possible to ride an Opossum,if it is i suggest saddling it and high tailing out of there at the greatest speed,Wishing you greater comfort and less vivid dreams in the very near future,Hang on in there lady.

Hurts a bit dunnit? I had both my knees done at the same time, that was 20 years ago and they are still giving good painfree service. So grit your teeth your teeth and work it hard, it will pay you dividends.😁
Thanks, Don. I was surprised by how painful it was but also how quickly I regained my mobility.
I’m able to go up and down stairs easily and can walk without crutches. I’m a bit worried about doing too much too quickly if anything. Only problem is not sleeping well.

Didn't want to open my belly to air. I had Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma 20 years ago. Doc cautious,maybe back. Damaged Heart Muscle from Chemo,Paralyzed Diaphragm..in middle of left lung...COPD. Scared. Lungs 37%..Heart 45%..Sick in Lungs before operation. I could blow 1750 on Meter...lungs infected pneumonia week before operation Blow 250-500 meter. Ok for Surgery.....Still pneumonia..Surgery....Not Constipation! Mass Strangling Bowel. Total Hysterectomy...Cut Bowel away from Mass. carefully. Wake up...in Recovery Room....total Diarrhea.....15 times. WEAK....Struggling....Arab Lung Doc to the rescue! Knew what to do for my Lungs!. Saved Me! Prayers...nurses...God..girls....all prayers go to God! Before going to Hospital opossum in house...forgot for 6 days! Brother taped 3 days of Black Market/Grey Market Babies. I wanted to see later...because ticks me off about Hospital...No birth Records of me...Not in Baby Birth Book on Birthdate. Investigating since 1992.....Recover...See show later.
