Feeling really unwell

Hi I was recently admitted into hospital as my oxygen was low and very out of breath. I was tested for a suspected PE as i have a history of this my D diner was raised but CT came back negative. It did show an extensive infection so started on. Iv antibiotics. My bloods also showed low potassium. The previous week i had been experiencing cold sweats and a racing heart with breathlessness just sitting.

After spending 2 nights in and several episodes of the heart rate racing.

My Dr said I could go home taking supplement for potassium high dose. Antibiotics and my usual inhalers. But it's been three days and the cold sweats keep happening with a raised heart rate at resting 90'-110 making the bed leaves me gasping and sweating.

I am just wondering if my heart is under any strain as my usual resting rate is 58-60.

They did mention the heart was a little irregular but Dr seem to think it was the infection followed by potassium level?

Any suggestions please ?

Think you need to get in touch with your gp. I had an ecg which showed a fast resting heart rate, they ruled out thyroid first, then put me on beta blockers, but you need a medical diagnosis to find out why. Hope you get better soon x
