My husband passed away this morning he's been in hospital a week and seemed to be improving then my son came round this morning with the terrible news don't know what I'll do without him

I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my husband two and a half years ago to Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. He was on 100% oxygen. We’d been together 48 years. You must be absolutely devastated. I can imagine what you’re going through as I went through it. Grief is a very personal experience. I miss my husband and always will but I’m trying now to have some sort of normal life. It’s difficult on your own and I hope you find the courage and strength to come to terms with your sad loss. You can have a life again. Take however long you need to grieve. There is no time limit. It's been a week now and we still don't know the cause of death it's been passed to the coroner I really thought I would be the first to go it is me that has copd
