Arr you under NHS for your condition. If so ring the people who provide your oxygen they should be able to help they may ask you to ring respiratory department to get it authorised I have one it's great better than the big bottles I was given smaller oxygen bottles and with thr concentrator it last longer.

I have an Inogen one portable oxygen concentrator supplied by the NHS--- there should be no need to buy one-they cost a lot even second hand.Hassle your respiratory nurse !!
