I have been in hospital for tube feeding, it has helped quite a lot.

Yesterday I saw my lung consultant and he has given me 3 month worth of antibiotics, which I take 3 times a week which will help me to not get a chest infection through the winter months. I am happy to do it. Has any one else has this.

Many many members do stanns. Last winter I took Azithromycin Dec- April - Dec & Jan are the worst months for colds & flu according to my GP.

Good luck with your course, it sounds as though you may have been through the mill so I'm glad they're looking after you, P

I don't take long term antibiotcs but I wanted to say that I'm glad that the tube feeding has helped you. I remember your trepidation about having it prior to being admitted. I hope that it and the antibiotics help you to stay as well as can be. Best wishes.
