thanks to all who replied to my recent post on folic acid, i did find them very helpful, i am going to take them for increasing energy as it is very low at this time, will post again if they help.

That's why I take it. It's supposed to be better assimilated if taken with Vit C at meal times. It takes a few weeks to kick in. If I don't take it now I really notice a difference in my energy. It's good for the immune system too.
