Electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) use has dramatically increased in recent years due to its portrayal as a healthier alternative to tobacco cigarettes. E-cigarette use amongst high school aged children in the US jumped from 1.5% in 2011 to over 15% in 20151. Similarly, almost 9% of 18–24 year olds are current e-cigarette users2. E-cigarettes administer nicotine as an aerosol, do not require tobacco combustion and therefore are assumed to remove the risks associated with tobacco cigarettes.

I tried them once for a while but found them just as bad as smoking for me, i do think they help people quit but not enough is known about the dangers, i used nicorette spray and quit smoking though still not easy
Like all smoking it will turn out to be bad for you , firstly we had " filters" put on cigs to mae them healthier, then menthol cigs were branded as healthier, then low tar cigarettes which spawned herbal cigarettes and now the brand new healthier E-cigarettes, we with lung conditions know no cigarette in any guise is good for you ( incidentally I looked on pinterest and some old cigarette advertising actually stated cigarettes were good for you) .,E-cigarettes atomise an oil which will at some point will either solidify( like tar from nicotine) and will damage fragile lung tissue , I've talked so much to my grandchildren about the dangers of smoking anything and used myself as an example, I truly hope some of my " moaning" goes in
