oxygen stats low today.

Well 10 o'clock P M and at last a bit cooler, today in the afternoon my oxy stats were down to 90, and hard to breath all day, but now they are back to 94 so am happy with that, bit cooler the next few days so should be a little better breathing i hope, but if people enjoy it i hope they all have a good bank holiday.

I'm same struggle with the heat hope it's bit cooler tomorrow.

Feels just as hot in my bedroom at mo.

Loathe to pu the fan on in case it blows any dust around even though try to keep the dust down the window has been open all day but still red hot .

At the start of an expected hot day keep your windows closed and also curtains to stop sunlight warming room up and hot air from getting in after the cool of the evening. It works for me.

You are lucky my stats are never 90 and on a really bad day can drop as low as 76 when I really struggle. The heat does not help but fans are a great invention. Have a good bank holiday

Good to see you're feeling much better. Hang in there - I always keep our curtains and windows closed to keep the bedroom a bit cooler. I also have a small tower fan which I put ion to help me sleep (white noise) or when I'm too hot. Take care- it's going to be a hot day x
