CASPIANA UPDATE

[BSA-3]

Hi Forum,

Just a quick post to say that Caspiana had her transplant on Saturday. The operation took 12 hours - quite an undertaking for anyone I think you'll agree. She is now fully conscious and off ventilation and is doing as well as could be expected. However she is very tired and constantly having bloods, etc, done.

She says that she will be in touch as soon as she is up to it so hopefully the next post regarding her will be written by herself.

12 hours oh my goodness, that is such a long time. Poor Cas, no wonder she's still very tired. She must be wiped out.
