oh my goosh it was just like your case and I was a mess one time I did and then I didn't and then maybe WOW! so they ended up doing a ct scan and the pulmon. said he thought he saw a trace-well 3 days latter his nurse calls me and says he was going over my ct scan and there was none he said it was some thing about asthma but its doing good ,I haven't used my inhaler for ever-I did want to tell you my husband was told he had mild emphysema 21 years ago and is still the same and let me tell you he only uses his inhaler once in a long time!

I'm recently told mild diagnosis too. Hope everything goes well for you in future looking after yourself. Eat healthily, exercise etc is all we can do. No smoking of course. I'm hoping i will stay this way for a long time by doing all I can to help myself. Fingers crossed for us both and all the best to you.

We do not realise but we can do a lot to help our conditions I have started to lose weight so have felt benefits already which is giving me the incentive to do more plus we need to move/keep active as much as possible even though we do not feel like it. I sniff Eucalyptus oil for my breathlessness but have to be careful as I have Hypertension & it can push it higher also we use a lot of calories just breathing so need to eat a well balanced diet which I find so hard have bought a supplement liquid food so hoping to increase my energy, XC
