Mysterious cough

I had a cold for 2 months with strong cough.

Was on antibiotics....

Now I find whenever I take dry food biscuits

Dry crackers...I get sudden fit of cough with lot of mucus... seems like something in throat got sensitive....

Many French dip their dry bread in coffee before eating...I understand now..

So solution is just wet any dry food...

Especially don't talk to any doctor as they are just programmed robots for collecting fees...

Hi there your post made me laugh, I have a permanent cough due to COPD and find dry food does cause spasms, so I dunk my biscuits like the french dunk bread. There are many things that can trigger the cough besides a cold. Throat pastilles are useful when cough is bad. Better than doctors bill as you say. :)

I can relate to this Karmaji. The last cold left my throat sensitive as well, I find that if I breathe in even taking a sip of tea I cough, this hasnt left me after fifteen months. I have to control my breathing when eating and drinking and dont think about it too much now. Hope this leaves you soon, but whatever helps then do it, even if that is dunking x
